Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Service Delivery Center who will balance hands-on software engineering with project leadership. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support while remaining close to the code and technical decisions.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate delivery across geographically distributed teams, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into achievable delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software engineering work across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical proof-of-concepts.
• Guide solution design using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, Angular or React, databases and cloud-native patterns.
• Plan and manage Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, demonstrations, and release readiness.
• Coordinate work across distributed teams and provide mentorship and coaching to engineers.
