Job summary

JLL seeks a Digital Transformation Process Architect to design and scale standardized workflows across facilities portfolios. You will translate complex business requirements into clear process blueprints and technical specs, enabling automation and digital adoption through IWMS, CMMS, IoT, and related tools.

The role partners with deployment engineers and product teams to ensure alignment, supports UAT, and guides change management with robust SOPs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years in process design or business analysis.
• Experience translating business needs into structured process architectures.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with facility management or corporate services workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map complex operational processes and design standardized to-be workflows.
• Develop end-to-end process blueprints and swimlane diagrams (BPMN 2.0).
• Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Translate processes into technical specs, user stories, and data-flow needs.
• Identify automation opportunities using low-code tools and RPA.
• Support UAT and validate implemented solutions against designs.
• Lead design workshops with operations and clients to build alignment.
• Develop SOPs and transition guides to enable change management.
