Job summary

JLL is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Scaled & Digital to manage a high-volume mid-market book and own the digital programs that drive adoption and engagement across its client base.

This hybrid/remote role leverages data analytics and proactive outreach—webinars, in-app guidance, proactive email campaigns—to deliver value at scale while partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Scale 40+ mid-market accounts with efficient, scalable processes.
• Analyze usage data, NPS signals, and health indicators to spot trends and risks.
• Design one-to-many engagement with webinars, in-app guidance, and proactive emails.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and advocate for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of 40-50 mid-market accounts with touchpoints.
• Analyze usage data and account health across portfolio.
• Design and implement scalable engagement strategies.
