Job summary
Matrix42 Denmark ApS seeks a proactive Digital Customer Success professional to drive automated lifecycle programs across markets. You will design journeys for onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and growth, coordinating with Marketing, Product, Support, and partners to create targeted communications.
You will own renewal workflows, monitor segment renewals, and leverage CRM analytics to inform proactive customer actions while collaborating with RevOps and CS Ops.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Digital Customer Success, customer operations, or related SaaS roles.
- Experience building campaigns, CRM workflows, and automated lifecycle programs with measurable results.
- Clear link between engagement, adoption, retention and growth.
- Strong written communication and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Build digital customer journeys to improve adoption, retention and growth.
- Design, launch, and optimize journeys for onboarding, value realization, and renewal.
- Create customer communications, campaigns, and self-service content with Marketing, Product, Support, and partners.
- Implement CRM workflows with RevOps and CS Ops; connect signals to triggers.
- Own renewal processes with early reminders and renewal forecasting.
