Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience connecting software adoption to business value and communicating with decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, prioritize renewal timelines, and forecast reliably.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals and drive retention and growth across a large portfolio of 100–150 named accounts.
• Balance personal engagement with scalable CS programs and digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate onboarding handovers with Sales, delivery, and partners; run recurring business reviews.
