Job summary

Rainforest Action Network (RAN) is seeking a Digital Production Associate to join the Digital Team. Reporting to the Digital Fundraising Strategist, you will advance our email marketing program, drive digital revenue, and support the RAN.org hub for information, storytelling, and timely online action.

The role involves coordinating with a distributed team, developing online resources for campaigners worldwide, and managing multiple deadlines from a remote location. Open to the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of using online advocacy and fundraising tools to build digital campaigns.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook).
• Experience using A/B testing in advocacy or marketing.
• Familiarity with databases and audience querying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy online action pages and donation forms for campaigns.
• Create and test emails and other digital communications, using split testing.
• Query and pull audiences for email marketing and advertising needs.
• Plan and execute robust digital campaigns with campaigners and staff.
• Publish blogs, news releases, and basic pages for the site.
• Provide data analysis of online performance and recommendations.
• Track communications using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Maintain weekly/monthly fundraising and list-growth reports.
• Support social media growth and SMS strategies.
• Utilize tools like Share Progress, Action Network, MoveOn Petitions to expand reach.
