Job summary

Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to serve as the technical hub connecting sales, centralized buying, and client services. This remote role collaborates with markets to design, launch, optimize, and report on digital campaigns.

You will coach sales on messaging, oversee pre-launch tasks, and drive post-launch optimizations while maintaining strong cross-team communication and a proactive, energetic work culture.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required.
• 1+ years experience in digital advertising.
• Exceptional Communicator with ability to lead interdepartmental projects.
• Experience with digital ad messaging best practices (does not build the ads).
• Active listener with strong business writing and grammar.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborates effectively and remains composed under pressure.
• Strong time management; meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop sales professionals on product capabilities.
• Oversee technical approval of proposals built by sales strategists.
• Provide insights for ongoing campaigns based on buyer feedback.
