Job summary

Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to deliver cross‑platform full funnel digital marketing solutions to local advertisers. This remote, client‑facing role collaborates with Montana teams and local partners to grow digital business.

You will identify prospects, manage relationships, close deals, and mentor the sales team on digital product offerings, trends, and data‑driven campaigns. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement.
• Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic).
• Proven track record of success in growing new business.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies.
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills.
• IAB Certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
• PowerPoint, Excel experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline and meet digital sales goals for the team.
• Build relationships with local businesses and agencies to act as a trusted marketing partner.
• Provide insights and guidance to help customers meet objectives.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to demonstrate expertise and derive tailored solutions.
• Cultivate new business and collaborate with team to grow existing accounts.
• Oversee pre- and post-sale processes to exceed customer expectations.
• Interpret performance data and recommend campaigns to drive incremental sales.
• Lead as a strategic sales leader to create future value while delivering results.
• Coach and train the sales team on digital products and trends.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings to foster collaboration.
