Job summary

Townsquare Ignite, a fast-growing digital solutions team within Townsquare Media, is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for a remote-first role. You will lead cross-platform digital marketing solutions and grow advertiser relationships in local communities.

In this fast-paced, client-facing position, you will manage pipelines, close new business, train and mentor the sales team, and translate performance data into actionable campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement.
• Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic).
• Proven track record of success in growing new business.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies.
• Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills.
• IAB Certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management and meeting digital sales goals, individually and for the team.
• Build relationships with local businesses and agencies to act as a trusted marketing partner.
• Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to tailor solutions for each customer.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise and a viewpoint on industry solutions.
• Cultivate new business, self-generated and with local team, and grow existing business.
• Own the pre- and post-sale process to exceed customer expectations and deliver results.
• Interpret performance reports and use data to make campaign recommendations.
