Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to lead growth for Home Services clients. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and deliver full-funnel digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

This remote role requires collaboration with a cross-functional team, deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO/LSA/SEM, and the ability to tailor solutions for HVAC, plumbing, windows, and related trades.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in programmatic media.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within the home services.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, LSA, SEM, and digital performance metrics.
• Ability to build relationships with local service providers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to client challenges.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital sales revenue by securing new Home Services clients and expanding relationships.
• Act as a trusted marketing partner, providing industry insights and tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Leverage an organic and targeted approach, combining website development, SEO, and programmatic strategies.
• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations on industry trends, digital marketing, and performance advertising.
• Manage the pre- and post-sale process, delivering data-driven insights and campaign recommendations.
• Use reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness and drive incremental growth.
