Responsibilities

  • Leads initiatives to optimize and continuously improve the user experience by coordinating market research, usability testing, researching new release features, and analyzing member feedback.
  • Ensures member pain points are strategically addressed to maximize member satisfaction.
  • Provides feedback on and executes the credit union’s digital strategy. Continuously evaluates and integrates emerging UX/UI design trends and best practices to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Develops and leads user acceptance testing for new product implementations and platform releases, prepares release notes, and creates and executes change management plans.
  • Collaborates with business partners to develop member and staff communications, resources, and training that support optimal upgrades, product rollouts, and increased digital utilization.
  • Leads delivery and ongoing support of digital products/services. Translates business requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicates requirements to vendors and in-house development teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develops mock-ups for project scoping and feature development, maintains standards for and drafts user documentation, instructions, and procedures related to digital banking products and services.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for digital banking products and services, providing guidance, collaboration, and support to business lines, vendors, and partner organizations.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to support alignment between business goals, technical capabilities, and user experience.
  • Bridges the gap between vendors, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI designs.
  • Contributes to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance organizational understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
  • Supports the development and implementation of the data analytics framework used to track KPIs.
  • Sources, analyzes and interprets data to measure digital utilization/adoption and inform the digital strategy and design, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Collaborates with marketing and other stakeholders to create and execute onboarding and campaigns that increase digital adoption and utilization.
  • Owns the creation and maintenance of reports for the department and organizational scorecards/ dashboards.
  • Proactively monitors digitalsecurity elements, analyzes potential vulnerabilities, recommends fraud mitigation strategies and implements mitigation actions.
  • Leads the investigation and resolution of system deficiencies to effectively mitigate them and prevent recurrence.
  • Performs platform administration and configuration changes with precision, ensuring all changes are documented and processed under proper change management controls.
  • Maintains expert-level knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, best practices, and proactively identifies opportunities to ensure the credit union's digital platforms are compliant and aligned with evolving standards.
  • Supports the content strategy and ensures digital banking content and knowledge base articles.

Summary Supports the management and ongoing operations and manages key aspects of the continuous improvement of the organizations platforms and digital products and services. Responsible for leading and participating in projects, being a key resource for digital banking products and interfaces, and orchestrating key system/release testing.
