Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality support for institutional clients by improving trading platform reliability.
• Engineer low-latency algorithmic trading paths and implement necessary security measures.
• Collaborate between sales, clients, and technology to streamline product integration.
• Lead initiatives to optimize client workflows and operational processes.
• Create dashboards and reports linking technical metrics with business KPIs.
• Work with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance for regulatory adherence.
