Advance Local Media in Staten Island is seeking an Account Executive to drive strategic, profitable revenue growth across Finance, Home Services, Utilities, Legal and Hi-Tech by selling data-backed digital advertising solutions. The role handles full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, with remote work from a home office and occasional travel to meetings and events.

Base salary $60,000–$70,000 plus commissions; total target compensation $105,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of two years of digital advertising sales experience preferred.
• Proven success at increasing sales in a competitive market with consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and prospective clients regularly.
• Apply needs-based selling to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Focus on profitable revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and develop client presentations supported by data.
• Manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce.com to ensure growth.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Travel to clients, conferences and team meetings as necessary.
