Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Technical Ad Producer to serve as the primary creative consultant and technical troubleshooter for Enterprise partners. You will bridge client objectives, internal policies, and campaign execution, driving high-performing, compliant assets in a high-impact, client-facing role.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States, collaborating with Sales, AM, Ad Ops, and Technical teams to deliver end-to-end campaign success across platforms like Display, Video, CTV,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital ad design or creative strategy
• Experience in enterprise client-facing roles
• Ability to translate brand objectives into effective ad assets and strategies
• Strong understanding of ad serving, trafficking, and asset specs

Responsibilities

• Act as creative authority for enterprise clients and translate objectives into assets.
• Guide high-impact ad layouts aligned with brand identity and KPIs.
• Explain policies and technical standards to clients to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, AM, Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering.
• Apply CRO and display analytics to drive improvements in ad performance.
• Resolve creative friction with policy-compliant solutions.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
• Develop assets for Yelp Website campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH, Audio.
• Oversee production, QA, and trafficking with Celtra as needed.
