Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Technical Ad Producer, the primary creative and technical troubleshooter for Enterprise partners. You’ll bridge client brand objectives, internal policies, and campaign execution, serving as the escalation point for high-value clients.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver compliant, high-performing assets across Display, Video, CTV, Native, and more—on platforms like The Trade Desk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital ad design, creative strategy, or art direction.
• Proven success in client-facing roles managing enterprise relationships.
• Strong ability to translate brand objectives into ad assets.
• Experience with analytics to optimize performance.
• Knowledge of ad serving, trafficking, and asset specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as creative authority and escalation point for enterprise clients.
• Guide clients in developing high-impact ad layouts and assets.
• Explain policies, standards, and guidelines clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and engineering to deliver campaigns.
• Apply CRO and display ad analytics to improve performance.
• Develop assets for Yelp Website campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH, and Audio.
• Participate in production, QA, and trafficking of assets.
• Work with Celtra for asset creation and testing.
