Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Digital Accessibility Analyst to join our Product team. This fully remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA metro areas.

You will conduct manual and automated accessibility audits, verify conformance with Section 508 and WCAG standards, and partner with engineers, designers, and QA to embed accessibility across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accessibility testing, QA, or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies.
• Ability to read HTML, CSS, and ARIA to diagnose issues.
• Familiarity with React-based frontend applications.
• Experience with automated accessibility testing tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, ANDI).
• Strong written communication for clear accessibility defect reporting.
• Ability to partner with engineers, designers, and QA to remediation.
• Willingness to use AI tools to support testing and workflow.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits across Keeper’s frontend.
• Evaluate against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards.
• Test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports with severity and references.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to embed accessibility.
• Validate remediations and track conformance over time.
• Maintain VPATs and Accessibility Conformance Reports.
• Help define accessibility acceptance criteria and QA plans.
• Review frontend implementations for semantic, ARIA, focus, and color-contrast issues.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve testing efficiency and documentation.
