Keeper Security is hiring a Senior QA Analyst to join the Keeper Connection Manager team. This 100% remote role offers the option of a hybrid schedule for candidates in the El Dorado Hills, CA area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance or related testing role.
• Experience testing complex enterprise software or security-sensitive apps.
• Strong understanding of networking and client–server communication.
• Hands-on testing of protocols like SSH, RDP, VNC; databases and Kubernetes remote access.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression and system-level testing.
• Strong debugging, log analysis and defect reproduction skills.
• Experience across Windows, Linux and macOS; cloud and DevOps familiarity.
• Experience with APIs, databases or backend services during end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization and secure access concepts.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and use AI-assisted tools in testing.
• U.S. Person requirement due to GovCloud involvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing across KCM components.
• Validate remote access workflows using SSH, RDP and VNC.
• Test KCM behavior across OSes, network conditions and enterprise environments.
• Validate authentication, authorization, session management and encrypted communications.
• Reproduce and document defects with clear technical detail and steps to reproduce.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Validate new KCM integrations and deployment configurations across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Build and maintain test cases, regression suites and QA docs.
• Participate in sprint planning and release validation.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for test design and debugging.
