Job summary

Keeper is hiring a Digital Accessibility Analyst to join our Product team. This is a 100% remote position, with a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA metro areas.

You will conduct accessibility testing across Keeper’s React-based experiences, evaluate against Section 508 and WCAG standards, and work with Product, Design, QA and Engineering to identify issues and validate fixes. Strong assistive-tech experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accessibility testing, QA or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Section 508, WCAG 2.1/2.2 and best practices.
• Hands-on with assistive tech like screen readers and keyboard navigation.
• Ability to read HTML, CSS and ARIA to diagnose issues and evaluate fixes.
• Familiarity with React-based frontend apps and modern UI patterns.
• Experience with automated accessibility tools such as axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, ANDI.
• Excellent written communication for accessibility defect reporting.
• Ability to work with engineers, designers and QA to remediate accessibility.
• Willingness to use AI tools to support testing and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ HCI/ SE or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits across Keeper frontend experiences.
• Evaluate experiences against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards.
• Test with assistive technologies including screen readers and keyboard navigation.
• Write clear bug reports with severity, impact and remediation guidance.
• Partner with frontend engineers, designers, product managers and QA to embed accessibility.
• Validate remediations and track conformance over time.
• Author and maintain VPATs and Accessibility Conformance Reports.
• Help define accessibility acceptance criteria and QA test plans.
• Review frontend implementations for ARIA usage, focus management and color contrast.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve testing efficiency and documentation.
