Job summary

Pomelo Care in the United States offers a virtual nutrition care role for Registered Dietitians focusing on midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct one-on-one video visits, collaborate with medical providers and therapists, and support patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health and well-being.

As a contractor, you set your own schedule, and Pomelo handles credentialing, scheduling, and billing while you maintain clinical independence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• National RD certification and a state license to practice in the US.
• Experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to develop cohesive care plans.
• Support patients over multi-week programs to foster sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy covering metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
• Uphold regulatory and privacy standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
