Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You’ll set your own schedule while collaborating with a dedicated medical provider and therapist to create cohesive, patient-centered plans.

Responsibilities include video visits, evidence-based nutrition therapy, and thorough charting, all while maintaining privacy and compliance across Pomelo’s platform. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with licensure in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Availability for at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video calls and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to deliver one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for cohesive care plans.
• Support patients through multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all visits.
