Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of experienced registered dietitians to deliver synchronous vide visits for individuals navigating midlife and menopause transitions. This is an independent contractor role (1099) with no employee benefits, designed to support an autonomous practice and flexible scheduling.

You will provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video, participate in multi-week programs, and ensure timely documentation while adhering to privacy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN with Indiana license must be current and in good standing.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience for metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets.
• Comfort with telehealth, video conferencing, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle changes.
• Support patients through multi-week programs to improve symptoms and sustained behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
