Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous virtual nutrition care for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. This independent contractor role requires state licensure and a commitment of at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.

You will conduct video visits, provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, and guide patients through multi-week programs while maintaining documentation and compliance across visits.

Qualifications

• National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Indiana
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for diverse conditions
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
• Experience with metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-based/anti-inflammatory diets
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care to facilitate lifestyle change
• Work with patients in multi-week programs to support symptom improvement and behavior change
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits
