Job summary

Pomelo Care is assembling a network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous video visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause care. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no employee benefits; Pomelo supplies client matching, billing, and administrative support.

You will conduct video visits, provide personalized nutrition counseling, and work in a multi-week program format, documenting visits and maintaining high standards of privacy and care.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD/RDN with Indiana license.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• At least 3 years providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health issues, and anti-inflammatory/plant-forward diets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle changes.
• Engage in a multi-week program format to improve symptoms and drive behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Adhere to clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
