You will conduct synchronous video visits to provide individualized nutrition care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create cohesive care plans and drive better outcomes.

As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule and receive compensation per active visit hour, with onboarding bonus and AI-enabled documentation tools to streamline

Qualifications

• National certification as RD or RD/N by CDR with licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth, video visits, and EMR.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
