Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to join our virtual team serving women across midlife transitions. You’ll deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling via telehealth, working within a multi-disciplinary care model to support metabolic and bone health, gut health, and overall well-being.

You will manage patient care on a flexible schedule, handle documentation, and participate in a collaborative network of providers.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for perimenopause and menopause patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo platform visits.
