Job summary

Maximus' Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking a Diagnostic Supervisor to lead and support the Diagnostics team in a remote capacity across the United States. The role focuses on supervision, training, and ensuring service levels are met, with involvement in recruiting and onboarding new staff.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in diagnostics or scheduling, and familiarity with medical terminology. US citizenship or a green card is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6 months of Diagnostics Scheduling experience desired.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and support the Diagnostics team (Diagnostic Cappers, Diagnostic Facility Recruiters, Diagnostic Schedulers, Diagnostic Uploaders, and DX Report Tracking Specialists).
• Ensure departmental service level requirements and goals are met.
• Report team metrics regularly.
