Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Roche Diagnostic implementations. The role involves creating and facilitating project plans for installations, upgrades, and legacy conversions in customer labs, with remote work a possibility and 20%–30% overnight travel across the US.

You will lead schedules, budgets, and risk reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate practices while liaising with customers and internal teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related business area.
• 3-5 years of related business, project management, and/or project support experience with ability to lead a project independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the project schedule and assist in budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure project management approaches align with policies and objectives.
• Set up tools to track schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Identify and resolve conflicts; manage projects in the team's and customers' best interests.
• Monitor project success measures and report variances with contingencies.
• Troubleshoot and facilitate communication among all project stakeholders.
• Present updates to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
