Job summary

Roche Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead external customer implementations, developing and facilitating professional project plans for Roche products and services. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, managing high-complexity projects with travel across the US.

Ideal candidates have a PMP or similar certification, experience with Laboratory Information Systems, and strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years in diagnostics/product experience.
• PM certification (PMP) and cloud-based PM tools preferred.
• Experience with Laboratory Information System and IT Middleware implementations; cloud-based PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead professional project strategies and plans for external-facing large diagnostic system implementations.
• Coordinate internal Roche Diagnostics and external stakeholders to form a project team.
• Outline work plans, assign duties, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Drive program maturity through standardized processes and governance.
