Job summary

Radiometer seeks a Medical Sales Specialist to drive KPI targets across the Southern Territory with a fully remote setup. You will report to the Sales Manager, South, and promote Radiometer’s RLTD portfolio to healthcare customers while expanding the existing base.

You will manage complex sales cycles, coordinate with project teams, and build strong relationships with NHS laboratories and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have proven professional selling skills.
• Knowledge of POC and/or laboratory diagnostic equipment.
• Understanding of purchasing methods used by public organisations.
• Formal sales training and track record of sales excellence.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPI targets and promote RLTD solutions to customers.
• Lead and manage the sales process and project teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision makers.
• Monitor competitor and marketplace trends to maintain win rate.
• Plan cost-effective call programs and coordinate with sales teammates as needed.
