Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Diagnostic Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives across the U.S. This remote role uses digital platforms to advance diagnostic programs and patient access.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify educational needs among ophthalmology and IRD stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, compliant education that informs strategy and improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
Minimum 3–4 years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to engage healthcare stakeholders through digital and remote platforms.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting technologies, and digital engagement tools.
Experience collaborating with KOLs, labs, and internal/external stakeholders.
Knowledge of ophthalmology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Educate on genetic testing to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
Identify educational needs among the IRD healthcare community.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement the U.S. diagnostic strategy.
Attend conferences and engage with local organizations for advocacy and education.
