Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Diabetes Sales Specialist for a remote role focused on the ADC Diabetes Care division. You will meet or exceed sales quotas, build relationships with physicians, nurses and other care providers, and coordinate across Managed Care, Retail and Point of Care teams.

The position emphasizes territory planning, data-driven planning, and staying current on product and market trends to drive long-term success in the diabetes care space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of proven healthcare sales experience with strong results.
• Excellent communication, high energy, integrity and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas for ADC Products and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Managed Care, Retail and Point of Care channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other clinicians.
• Plan territory, account and call activities with clear goals and timelines.
• Track progress and report results; maintain accurate daily activity logs.
• Represent Abbott while ensuring compliance with quality and policy standards.
