• Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for ADC products.
• Collaborate with Managed Care, Retail, and healthcare representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify and address provider and patient needs with clear, persuasive communication.
• Plan and execute territory/account plans with defined goals and resources.
• Document activity and track progress in the call/reporting system.
