Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Diabetes Sales Associate for a remote opportunity in the Diabetes Care Division. The role focuses on growing sales with healthcare professionals in assigned territory and promoting FreeStyle products.

You will build relationships, meet quotas, and contribute to brand growth and market presence across endocrinology and primary care channels. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing new sales, maintaining knowledge of products, and delivering accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity and ambition to succeed.
• Preferred: healthcare sales experience; B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for FreeStyle Libre portfolio.
• Leverage targets to prospect for new business and close for new sales.
• Collaborate with channels partners within HCP, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care organizations.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, etc.).
• Develop and implement territory and account plans with goals and time frames.
• Document daily, weekly and monthly activities in the tracking system.
