• BS/BA degree and 5 years of relevant experience; additional 4 years may substitute for degree.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification required; maintain per DoD requirements.
• AWS GovCloud and cloud-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and sustain web applications, APIs, and CMS extensions.
• Modernize platforms hosted in AWS GovCloud and support DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, QA, cybersecurity, and cloud architects in Agile teams.
• Implement secure patterns, identity solutions, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and data exchange protocols.
