Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer, DevOps to support our B2B sales team. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago area.

You will navigate customers through the technical landscape of KeeperPAM and Keeper Secrets Manager, acting as a DevOps SME and collaborating with sales, engineering and partners. The role requires extensive hands-on DevOps experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex security needs into Keeper

Qualifications

5+ years in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer or similar.
Hands-on with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, OpenShift and GitLab.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products.
Identify customer needs and map to Keeper solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and remote or on-site presentations.
Assist with implementation, integration and post-sales support.
Travel up to 10% for customer engagements.
