Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Technical Partnerships Manager to join our Product organization. This 100% remote role has potential for hybrid schedules for candidates in the Chicago or California metro areas.

The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume partner pipeline, review API docs, and drive security-focused integrations that connect Keeper Secrets Manager to DevOps and IT platforms. Responsibilities include partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Marketing, and other teams,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology partnerships or related roles.
• Experience with cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on comfort with APIs and webhooks and reviewing technical docs.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume partner pipeline.
• Experience across security, identity, cloud, collaboration apps or DevOps ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including partner-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize integration and technology partners across security, identity, cloud and DevOps ecosystems.
• Submit applications to alliance programs and track progress through onboarding.
• Review API, webhook and integration docs to assess feasibility and scope.
• Use Postman or curl to test calls, validate payloads and troubleshoot integrations.
• Serve as primary contact for partners and coordinate with Engineering when needed.
• Maintain organized partner pipeline with status, next steps and contacts.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear requirements and summaries.
• Coordinate calls, onboarding, follow-ups and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Documentation to describe and list integrations.
• Own reporting on partner activity and outcomes for leadership.
