Qualifications
- 3+ years leading teams in a multinational IT setting.
- 5+ years in DevOps and SRE for high-RPS products.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Strong relationship-building across teams.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
- Knowledge of secure development environments.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage DevOps and infrastructure teams effectively.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of production environments.
- Enforce best practices in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps.
- Eliminate incorrect release-related production issues through rigorous testing.
- Maintain CI/CD servers with a target uptime of 99.9%.
- Implement systems for product availability of 99.99%.
- Accelerate lead time by optimizing CI/CD processes.
