EPAM is seeking a Developer Relations professional to bridge cloud platforms with a growing developer community. You will craft onboarding journeys, author technical docs, produce engaging video tutorials, and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows like GitHub Copilot.

You will host trainings and translate developer feedback into product requirements, elevating DevOps practices across teams. Join a global team with learning opportunities, mentorship, and a focus on scalable developer enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a DevOps/Platform focus.
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker, cloud infra, and version control.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for dev work, troubleshooting, or docs.
• Portfolio showing technical writing and/or technical video creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
• Experience with Markdown, static site generators, or publishing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding journeys, learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams.
• Author clear docs, guides, FAQs, and release notes using Markdown and wikis.
• Script, record, and edit video tutorials for DevOps workflows.
• Champion AI tool adoption, teaching Copilot for code generation and CI/CD optimi zation.
• Host live trainings, workshops, and office hours to grow the developer community.
• Translate developer feedback into actionable requirements for DevOps/infrastructure teams.
