Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Developer Relations professional to design onboarding journeys, create technical docs, and produce engaging video tutorials. You will host trainings, run workshops, and serve as the voice of developers to translate feedback into concrete requirements for DevOps teams.

The role requires 3+ years in Developer Relations/Advocacy or Technical Writing with a DevOps focus, plus hands-on AI tooling experience, GitHub Copilot, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a DevOps/Platform Engineering focus.
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker, cloud infrastructure, and version control.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for development, troubleshooting, or documentation.
• Proven portfolio showcasing technical writing (docs, blogs, guides) and/or technical video creation (screen recordings, tutorials).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain structured onboarding journeys, interactive learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams.
• Author clear, concise technical documentation, quick-start guides, FAQs, and release notes using Markdown and internal wikis.
• Script, record, and edit engaging video tutorials that walk developers through DevOps tools and workflows.
• Host live training sessions, facilitate workshops, and run technical office hours to build a thriving developer community.
• Serve as the voice of the developer, translating feedback into actionable requirements for core DevOps and infrastructure teams.
