Job summary

Andromeda Cluster in North America is hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to turn deep engineering work into usable artifacts for customers. You will write code, create benchmarks, reference architectures, and documentation that help engineers run on our platform.

You will collaborate across product, solutions, and engineering teams to ship reproducible content, onboard partners, and build a developer community.

Qualifications

• Experience running distributed training or large-scale inference in production.
• Strong Python; Go or Bash a plus.
• Familiar with PyTorch, NCCL, containers and Kubernetes; serving frameworks preferred.
• Excellent technical writing with publicly readable work.
• Portfolio of OSS, blogs, docs, talks.
• Ability to ship artifacts in ambiguous environments.
• Judgment on what to build and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Create benchmarks, deep-dive posts, and reference architectures with reproducible results.
• Own end-to-end developer docs, quickstarts, guides, and runbooks.
• Foster a public developer community through channels and OSS.
• Build example repos, container images, and integrations with common frameworks.
• Turn live workload learnings into public artifacts to prevent repeated issues.
• Identify rough edges, propose roadmap changes, and implement missing pieces.
• Enable partners with integration guides and onboarding materials.
