Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager, DevEx to lead developer experience and cloud platform initiatives in a remote, US-based setting. The role emphasizes improving deployment speed, reliability, and engineering productivity by guiding the internal developer platform and tooling.

You will lead a team, define platform strategy, and work cross-functionally to drive self-service, scalable systems while maintaining high standards of execution and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering management leading platform teams.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, GitOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with Python for automation and infra management.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for developer and business metrics, focusing on deployment velocity and reliability.
• Lead the internal developer platform and cloud infrastructure direction.
