Ladders is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build, and sustain a secure cloud platform that supports software delivery at scale for mission-critical government operations. You will lead platform engineering across Azure and Kubernetes with a focus on automation, reliability, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps and cloud engineering.
• Proficient with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• US Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead build and sustainment of software factory for government ops.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and IaC.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters in Azure.
• Onboard teams to the platform and define deployment standards.
• Educate teams on DevSecOps tooling.
• Direct sustainment of Kubernetes clusters and platform apps.
