Job summary

Chicago Shakespeare Theater is seeking a Manager of Development Operations and Events to oversee Tessitura administration, donor services, and events planning. You will translate fundraising strategy into efficient systems, accurate reporting, and strong donor stewardship.

Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Box Office to ensure data integrity, timely reconciliations, and effective communications with donors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum four years in fundraising operations or related field.
• Experience with Tessitura CRM preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tessitura database management and data integrity.
• Generate reports to support fundraising strategy and decision-making.
• Plan and execute fundraising events from concept to reconciliation.
• Lead donor services and stewardship to ensure exceptional donor experiences.
