Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience including 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple related projects within a program environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop executive reporting decks and status updates.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoffs and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage change and ensure transition to operations.
