Job summary

Movement Labs is seeking a Program Management Associate for the 2026 Election Cycle. You will support internal voter turnout and persuasion programs, ensuring efficient design, research, and campaign services. The role is temporary, fully remote, and runs through November 20, 2026.

You will draft messaging, assist experiment design with leadership, and manage cross‑team collaboration while following established project workflows to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality program outputs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations
• Strong organizational skills with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication, including updates
• Attention to detail and ability to draft deliverables on time
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with data and systems
• Experience executing voter turnout or persuasion campaigns
• Experience with Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, Launchpad systems

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling messaging aligned with voter turnout and persuasion goals
• Support experiment design and asset drafting with leadership
• Assist with election turnout research on internal campaigns
• Collaborate across departments for full research
• Follow project management workflows and meet deadlines
• Communicate and collaborate across verticals within Movement Labs
• Support client program execution as needed
• Develop program reports and decks with findings
