Action1 Corporation is seeking a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for Executive Reporting. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to help customers understand patching and vulnerability trends through reliable reports and dashboards.

You will lead and mentor engineers, own delivery outcomes, and work with Product Management to define priorities for enterprise reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and delivering production systems.
• Strong software fundamentals and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent English communication and ability to align engineering work with product priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction and feedback.
• Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, with practical estimates and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and the EVP to define priorities for executive reporting.
• Oversee design, development, and operation of reporting capabilities (historical patches, vulnerabilities, dashboards).
• Coordinate data sources, access controls, and shared infrastructure for reporting services.
• Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying reporting services.
• Improve reporting accuracy, query performance, reliability, and observability as data volumes grow.
• Apply AI technologies to improve reporting development, validation, or interpretation.
