Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development during pre-design and design phases.
• Manage all aspects of consultant contracts, including payments, amendments, extensions, and closeout.
• Direct design development to move through design, bid, and construction.
• Provide comments on technical design reviews where applicable.
• Perform high-level review of design documents for conformance with scope.
• Oversee estimates, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Provide technical assistance and recommendations to owner and client representatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform required project data transactions using client software.
• Provide design and schedule updates as needed.
• Investigate problems with architectural/engineering analyses and recommendations.
• Consult with regulatory agencies on interpretations and applications.
• Monitor consultants’ submissions and meetings.
• Prepare reports for management and clients.
• Act as liaison between client, end users, and government agencies.
• Arrange field inspections with design consultants on site when needed.
• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the US.
• 10% domestic travel required to client sites.
