Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in Texas or able to obtain licensure within a year.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; Enscape or Lumion for visualization.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods and sustainability.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 4+ years of professional experience in design and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process for projects in commercial, industrial, logistics, and interiors, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, to integrate architectural and technical solutions.
• Prepare and oversee detailed design documentation, including drawings and reports, ensuring accuracy and codes compliance.
• Support client engagement through presentations, design reviews, and inquiries.
• Work with senior architects and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate design excellence and clear communication in all deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively in a team to foster cooperation and innovation.
