Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation's KIRA Information Solutions division seeks a Project Coordinator / Deputy PM to support a multi-site Emergency Communication System modernization for CDC EMNS. Partner with the Program Manager to coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, and communications across federal sites and vendors.

The role requires Primavera P6 and Maximo proficiency, strong doc control, and capability to travel up to 25% while enabling remote work within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project/program coordination or similar roles; 7+ preferred.
• Experience on complex federal or infrastructure modernization projects.
• Ability to obtain government credentials and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in project administration and execution.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Primavera P6).
• Monitor performance, risks, and action items across multiple sites.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor coordination and financial reporting.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and customer briefings.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and closeout data.
