Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Project Coordinator / Deputy PM to support the CDC EMNS modernization across multiple sites. The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, vendor coordination, and reporting, with travel up to 25% and a 40-hour week.

The successful candidate will partner with the Program Manager to plan, track, and execute complex federal programs, utilizing Primavera P6 and Maximo, and ensuring compliance with security requirements and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting project management roles; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience on federal, commercial, infrastructure, technology, construction, or modernization programs.
• Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software and Maximo or similar CMMS.
• Must obtain/maintain government security or facility access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in administration, management, and contract execution.
• Plan, coordinate, track milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules (Primavera P6).
• Monitor performance, schedule status, risks, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate across sites, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
